In "Everybody Wants Boobs…Glassware" a ridiculous souvenir shot-glass, sold in beach shops up and down the east coast, may become the centerpiece of a million dollar lawsuit...and a courtroom full of "Boobs Glassware" stamped "Exhibit." THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED. Being a lawyer is a new adventure every day. The legal arguments are stacked, the claims are top-heavy, and everyone is trying to get a grip on the concept of "Useful articles." In this Tale of Two Boob CEOs, a souvenir glassware maker gets slapped with a cease-and-desist letter (From a Boob Lawyer) over his bikini-body shaped “Boob Shot-glass.” From there, the case gets bigger, bouncier, and really starts shaking as legally things get more exposed by the day. Students must lift, separate, and examine every curve of the law: What is expression? What is function? When does a shot-glass stop being a shot-glass?
