This Privacy Policy explains how RockStar Law ("RockStar Law," "we,"
"us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal
information in connection with the RockStar Law platform at
rockstar.law and all related simulations, tools, and services
(collectively, the "Platform").

RockStar Law is an educational platform that gives law students,
professors, and institutions hands-on, simulated real-world legal
practice. By creating an account or using the Platform, you
acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

SECTION 1 — WHO WE ARE AND HOW TO CONTACT US

RockStar Law is the controller responsible for the personal
information described in this Policy. For any privacy question or

SECTION 2 — INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

  Account and identity: first, middle, and last name; preferred name;
  email address (login and university email); mobile phone number;
  and password.

  Academic information (students): your law school, graduation date,
  law school year, enrollment status, undergraduate institution, and
  the professor(s) you select.

  Professional information (professors and administrators): name,
  institutional email, title, the courses you teach, and your
  institution.

  Mailing address: street address, city, state, postal code, and
  country, as entered during registration.

  Communications consent: your affirmative opt-in to receive text
  messages (see Section 5) and your email preferences.

2.2 INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

  Usage and simulation data: the exercises, simulations, filings,
  submissions, scores, and World Rank activity you generate while
  using the Platform.

  Technical data: log data, device and browser type, IP address, and
  cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

2.3 INFORMATION FROM OTHER SOURCES

  We may receive limited information from the professor or institution
  that invites or enrolls you, and from our service providers (for
  example, delivery status from our email and text-message providers).

SECTION 3 — HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use personal information to:

  - Create and administer your account and authenticate sign-ins;
  - Provide the Platform's simulations, assignments, grading, and
    World Rank features;
  - Send account, security, invitation, deadline, and verification
    messages by email and text (see Section 5);
  - Provide customer support;
  - Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security
    incidents;
  - Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform; and
  - Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

SECTION 4 — HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information.

We share personal information only as follows:

  Service providers: vendors who host the Platform and deliver our
  email and text messages, acting on our instructions and bound by
  confidentiality obligations.

  Your institution and professors: a student's coursework,
  submissions, and related activity are visible to the professor(s)
  and institution responsible for that student's enrollment.

  Legal and safety: where required by law or legal process, or to
  protect the rights, safety, and property of RockStar Law, our
  users, or others.

Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are NOT shared with any third
party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes.

SECTION 5 — TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) PROGRAM

5.1 PROGRAM AND CONSENT

When you register, you may opt in to receive text messages from
RockStar Law by checking the SMS consent box and providing your mobile
number. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
We send account and welcome confirmations, sign-in verification codes,
assignment and exam deadline reminders, and invitations to join the
Platform.

5.2 FREQUENCY, RATES, AND HELP

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help,
reply HELP to any message or email support@rockstar.law.

5.3 OPTING OUT

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you
reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation and will not send
further texts unless you opt in again.

5.4 USE OF OPT-IN DATA

Your mobile number and SMS consent are used solely to deliver the
messages described above. They are not shared with third parties or
affiliates for their marketing purposes.

SECTION 6 — DATA RETENTION

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and
as needed to provide the Platform, then for any additional period
required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and
enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete
it or render it anonymous.

SECTION 7 — COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to
authenticate you, keep you signed in, and operate the Platform. For

SECTION 8 — YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access,
correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and
to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also:

  - Opt out of text messages by replying STOP;
  - Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in those emails;
    and
  - Request access to or deletion of your account information.

To exercise any right, contact privacy@rockstar.law. We will respond
as required by applicable law.

SECTION 9 — DATA SECURITY

We use technical and organizational measures - including encryption in
transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers - to
protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized
access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and
we cannot guarantee absolute security.

SECTION 10 — STUDENTS AND CHILDREN

The Platform is intended for law students, professors, and
institutional users who are 18 years of age or older. The Platform is
not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13. Where we process student education
records on behalf of an institution, we do so consistent with the
institution's instructions and applicable law.

SECTION 11 — CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes
will be communicated through the Platform or by email to the address
on your account. The "Effective Date" above shows when this Policy was
last revised.
