TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the
RockStar Law platform at rockstar.law and all related simulations,
tools, content, and services (the "Platform"). These Terms form an
agreement between you ("you" or "User") and RockStar Law ("RockStar
Law," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the
Platform, you agree to these Terms, our User Agreement, and our Privacy
Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract
to use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of a law school
or institution, you represent that you are authorized to bind that
institution to these Terms.

SECTION 2 — THE PLATFORM

RockStar Law is an educational platform that gives law students,
professors, and institutions simulated, real-world legal practice
exercises, bar-preparation tools, and related features. The Platform is
provided for educational and training purposes only.

SECTION 3 — ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS
═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════

3.1 Access to the Platform is by invitation. You must provide accurate
registration information and keep it current.

3.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and
for all activity under your account. Do not share your credentials or
allow anyone else to use your account.

3.3 Where applicable, continued access requires a current, valid
subscription as described in the User Agreement.

SECTION 4 — INVITATIONS

The Platform uses an invitation system. If you send an invitation, you
confirm that you have a relationship with the recipient and a good-faith
basis to contact them at the mobile number you provide. Invitations are
limited and may expire. You may not use the invitation system to send
unsolicited or bulk messages to people who have not agreed to hear from
you.

SECTION 5 — TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) TERMS

5.1 PROGRAM. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS
consent box at registration, you agree to receive recurring text
messages from RockStar Law, including account and welcome
confirmations, sign-in verification codes, assignment and exam deadline
reminders, and invitations to join the Platform.

5.2 CONSENT. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of
purchasing any goods or services.

5.3 FREQUENCY AND RATES. Message frequency varies. Message and data
rates may apply.

5.4 OPT-OUT. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP
to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time
confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in
again.

5.5 HELP. For help, text HELP to any message or email
support@rockstar.law.

5.6 CARRIERS. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered
messages.

5.7 PRIVACY. Your mobile information is handled as described in our
Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties or affiliates for
their own marketing purposes.

SECTION 6 — ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

  - Share account credentials or let others use your account;
  - Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or build a competing product from
    the Platform or its materials;
  - Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
  - Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security; or
  - Use the Platform other than for its intended educational purpose.

SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Platform and all simulations, materials, content, and software are
owned by RockStar Law and protected by intellectual property laws.
During an active, authorized account, you receive a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform
for its intended educational purpose. You retain ownership of the work
product you create, and you grant RockStar Law the limited license
needed to operate the Platform, including making your coursework
available to your professor and institution.

SECTION 8 — EDUCATIONAL USE; NOT LEGAL ADVICE

The Platform is a simulation intended for education and training. It
does not provide legal advice, does not create an attorney-client
relationship, and is not a substitute for professional judgment.
Government-style forms, filings, and interfaces on the Platform are
simulated for practice and are not submitted to any government agency.

SECTION 9 — DISCLAIMERS

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties
of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent
permitted by law.

SECTION 10 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RockStar Law will not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages, or for any loss of data or goodwill, arising out of or
relating to your use of the Platform.

SECTION 11 — GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without
regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or
relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or
federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to
the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

SECTION 12 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be
communicated through the Platform or by email to the address on your
account. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes
acceptance of the updated Terms.
