The Securities and Exchange Cartel Commission votes on rules, regulations, enforcement priorities, and which industries deserve to be regulated this particular quarter. Votes are conducted by a five-member board appointed by the President, confirmed by the Senate, and immediately captured by the industries they were appointed to oversee.
